The Week of October 10th

We had a wonderful week last week. We enjoyed meeting our new classmate and our Therapy Dogs. The children were thrilled to read to them. They will visit us again next week.

This week we will continue learning about fall. We'll talk more about trees and changes in the fall. We learn about squirrels and some other animals that make their homes in the trees. Of course we'll learn about Christopher Columbus and begin to talk about fire safety.

In math we will continue counting coins with nickels and pennies, discuss patterns and continue to learn about even and odd numbers.
