The Week of October 29th

Hopefully we will not be flooded out! This week brings the end of October. We will review owls, spiders and bats and write an opinion piece about them. We will continue with Halloween stories and legends and talk about a pumpkin's life cycle. In math we will be learning about time to the half hour and begin "frames and arrows" We will also pop popcorn near the end of the week as we begin to talk about matter. We are also beginning a unit on families. Please help your child with their posters and return them by Friday.
